It would be more helpful to provide customers with an unload link to provide new files at the same time they place in order. Now we have to wait and submit files afterwards.

   Our Response: Our site does have the capability to upload files directly to the custom department. There is a link on all the "more detail" pages for all the customized/personalized items that allow you to upload logos or documents directly to us
