100% Silicone wristbands are produced by creation of a mold that resembles the shape of the wristband. The mold has inclusions in it that represent the text or images that will be recessed into the wristband surface. The mold is created from artwork generated by staff members here at ChurchSupplier.com, from your design ideas and requests. We have thousands of images and font styles at our disposal to help you with the creation of your original custom silicone bracelet design. The artwork that you approve will be used to create your mold. Once the mold is created, molten silicone in the color of your choice, whether a single color, segmented colors, swirled color combinations or glow in the dark is used to create your bracelet.

We offer Swirl or Segment bracelets, up to 3 colors, at no extra charge! Add additional colors to your Swirl or Segmented bracelet for and additional .10¢ per color or make it a Camouflage bracelet for only .10¢ each.

• Screen Printed: Silk-screen printed bracelets have text applied directly to the silicone’s surface. The color of the text is different from that of the band and can be printed on both the inside and outside of the bracelet.
Further customization options include color selection and pattern design. Although the dyeing process is applied to pre-molded silicone stock, We provide a wide range of different color choices.These include single-color bands, multi-colored segmented bands, and marbleized or “swirled” bands that combine several colors in an intertwined pattern.

Set Up Charge: There is a one time, $59.00 fee to create the mold. First order only. Additional orders will not include a mold fee if your artwork does not change.
Wristband Colors: Any color or combination of colors can be used. Swirl or Segment bracelets, up to 3 colors, at no extra charge! Add additional colors to your Swirl or Segmented bracelet for an additional .10¢ per color.
Make it a Camouflage bracelet for only .10¢ each.
Options: Add more than 3 colors or make it a Camouflage bracelet for only .10¢ per band.
Add Glitter Color to your wristband for only .10¢ per band.
Make your custom bracelets Glow In The Dark for only $0.08 per color, per band.
Artwork Requirements: Simply send us your .eps (with fonts outlined), .ai artwork (with fonts outlined) or vector pdf (with fonts outlined) of your artwork. Please assign a PMS color to your desired bracelet color and to the text or logo imprint color. Please assign the color of your bracelet and print ink color to a PMS color in your artwork.

Sending Us Your Artwork: You can e-mail your artwork to: custom@churchsupplier.com or you can upload your artwork to our FTP server.
Normal Production: 9 days production time after receipt of your artwork and approval of pre-production proof.
